Booking Policy

At Blue Ridge Retreat, we are committed to providing an exceptional and seamless experience for all our guests.

To ensure the smoothest possible stay for everyone, we have implemented a Strict Booking Policy.

Please take a moment to review our policies below.

Reservations

Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to confirmation upon receipt of a valid credit card and deposit. Your booking will be fully confirmed once you have received an official booking confirmation from Blue Ridge Retreat via email.

Deposit Requirement: A 100% payment of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellation & Modifications

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit amount, minus a 5% processing fee.

  • Cancellations made within 20-29 days of arrival will forfeit half of the deposit (50% of the total booking amount).

  • Cancellations made within 15-19 days of arrival or no-shows will result in 100% of the total booking amount being charged.

Modifications: Modifications to your reservation, including changes to dates or number of guests, are subject to availability and must be made at least 30 days before arrival. If changes are requested within 30 days of your arrival, they will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees or penalties.

Early Departure & Refunds

No Refund for Early Departure: In the event of early departure, there will be no refund or credit issued for unused nights.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-In Time: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be available upon request but are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Damage and Incidentals

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $200 USD (or equivalent in local currency) will be held on your credit card at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable, provided no damage or extra charges occur during your stay.

Incidentals: Any additional charges for incidentals, such as food, beverages, or services outside the room rate, must be paid in full before check-out.

Group Bookings & Special Requests

Group Bookings: For bookings of 3 rooms or more, or special events, a customized contract and payment terms will apply. Please contact us directly for group booking inquiries.

Special Requests: While we will make every effort to accommodate special requests (such as early check-in, late check-out), these cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other situations beyond our control, Blue Ridge Retreat reserves the right to modify or cancel your reservation. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or assist in rebooking your stay, based on availability.

By Confirming Your Reservation

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the Strict Booking Policy outlined above. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or interruptions to your travel plans.
